1. Eligibility
1.1 The BTS25 coupon is now available for all customers shopping on Namshi.
1.2 The coupon is valid only for orders placed during the “Back-to-School” promotional period.
2. Cashback Offers
2.1 The BTS25 coupon provides the following cashback:
2.2 The cashback is applied at checkout upon entering the BTS25 coupon code.
2.3 The maximum cashback limit per transaction is AED 200 (or equivalent).
3. Cashback
3.1 BTS Cashback will be credited to your Namshi account one week after the delivery of your order.
3.2 The cashback is valid for 60 days from the date it is credited to your account.
3.3 Cashback Namshi credits are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another user’s account.
3.4 Cashback Namshi credits cannot be transferred to your own personal bank account.
4. Usage Limits
4.1 There is no limit to the number of times you can use the BTS25 coupon during the promotional period.
5. Combining Offers
5.1 The BTS25 coupon cannot be combined with other coupon promotions.
6. Exclusions
6.1 Certain items may be excluded from cashback offers.
7. Returns and Refunds
7.1 If you return an item purchased with the BTS25 coupon, the cashback applied to the item will not be reapplied to any replacement order if purchased after BTS25 promotion period
7.2 Refunds for returned items will be processed according to Namshi’s standard return policy.
8. Usage on Sale Items
8.1 Namshi credits can be used to purchase items already on sale.
9. Customer Service
9.1 If your BTS25 Cashback has not been credited within the specified time, please contact Namshi customer service for assistance.
10. Namshi Credits
10.1 Namshi credits are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder to whom they were issued.
10.2 Namshi credits must be used within their validity period. Expired credits cannot be reinstated or extended.
