What is cashback?
Cashback is a reward credited to your account after your order is successfully delivered. It is calculated as a percentage of your total order value based on the specific promotional offer used at the time of purchase.
The exact cashback percentage and maximum cashback limits will be clearly mentioned when the offer is released.

When will I receive my cashback?
Your cashback will be credited to your account 14 days post delivery.
This waiting period allows us to account for any returns or cancellations before the final cashback amount is confirmed.

Where will the cashback be credited?
The cashback will be credited directly to your noon Wallet.

Can I transfer cashback to my bank account?
No, cashback cannot be transferred to your bank account.
It can only be used for future purchases on Namshi or any of the noon platforms.

How is cashback calculated?
Cashback is automatically calculated and displayed on the checkout page when you apply a valid cashback code.
Once the code is applied, you will be able to see the exact cashback amount you will receive under the order summary before placing the order.

What happens if I return or cancel my order?
If your order is partially or fully returned, exchanged, or canceled, your cashback may be recalculated based on the updated final order value and offer eligibility.
This means the cashback amount may be reduced or removed depending on the changes made to the order.

Can I use cashback on all orders?
Cashback usage depends on the terms and conditions of each specific offer. The applicable percentage, validity, and usage details will always be shared when the promotion is announced.
