Everything you need to know about multiple shipments

Sometimes your order may arrive in separate shipments on different days. This allows us to deliver items to you as quickly as possible.

Why multiple shipments?
  • If your order includes items from different warehouses, they’ll be shipped separately.
  • Don’t worry, shipping and COD charges are applied only once, even if you receive multiple deliveries.
  • Some items may show a slightly longer delivery timeline on the product page. This usually means we’re sourcing them directly from the brand for you.
How do I know when my items will arrive?
  • Check the estimated delivery date on the product page before placing your order.
  • You can also find it in your cart under the item price.
Note for prepaid orders with multiple shipments:
 Your bank may send you a second notification when the next shipment is processed. This isn’t a double charge; the payment is simply released to us in parts as your items are shipped.
