Everything you need to know about multiple shipments

Multiple shipments occur when items from your order are delivered separately on different days. We understand the importance of swiftly delivering your items, which is why we may ship items from your order in multiple shipments!

Why multiple shipments?
If your order includes items from different warehouses, we'll deliver them separately. But here's the good news – you won't need to worry about any extra shipping or cash on delivery charges. These charges are added only once to your order, even if you receive it in multiple shipments. Occasionally, you might notice a slightly delayed shipping promise for some items on the product details page. Rest assured, we'll promptly send out all other items in your order, but these specific items take a bit longer because we order them directly from the brand, especially for you!

How do I know when each item will arrive?
You can check the estimated delivery time on the product page itself. It suggests the best time to order for delivery on a suitable date.

Where can I find the estimated delivery time?
If you can't find it, look at the item description or, after adding the items to your cart, check under the item price where you will find the estimated delivery day.

Note for Prepaid Orders with Multiple Shipments:
If you've made a prepaid order with multiple shipments, keep an eye out for a second message regarding an amount debited from your account. This occurs as the bank releases the payment to us only for the products that are on their way to you. No need to worry, there won't be a double deduction!
