How long do Exchanges take?
Once you request an exchange, we’ll pick up the item from your doorstep. It may take a few business days for your item to reach our warehouse (Except UAE). Once everything is processed, we’ll deliver your replacement.
Here’s a quick look at what you can expect for the exchange process in each country:

Notes:
- Exchange is subject to product availability.
- A one-time exchange is allowed per item.
- Timelines may slightly vary due to operational factors.
Don’t forget:
- Items must be unused, in good condition, with original tags.
- Items should be returned in their original box or packaging.
- Some items come with a Security Tag Loop (a plastic or metal loop with a security tag). Please make sure the tag loop stays intact.
