1. Eligibility:

• The Game is open to all Namshi customers in participating countries who are logged in with verified accounts. Please add/update your phone number to verify your account.

• Grab & Run is available on the Namshi app only.

• Please update your app to Version 14.13.1 to access the Game.

2. How to Play:

• The game features a character that runs automatically.

• Tap anywhere on the screen to make the character jump.

• Each game lasts 45 seconds.

• Collectible icons include coins, Namshi products, and sponsored brand items.

• Each collectible icon has a different point value.

• Some icons have special effects: The Pop Quiz slows the Game down, while The F Grade Paper resets the Game score to 0.

• Players are rewarded based on their score once the game is ended.

3. Gameplay Frequency:

The Game may be played multiple times each day. However, only the highest score for each day (Daily High Score) will be saved.

4. Cashback:

A user may earn cashback based on their Daily High Score, as well as their overall rank at the end of the Game.

A. Daily Cashback:

This cashback is based on the Daily High Score. The user wins 3 AED/SAR per day if they score above 250 points. 

B. Rank-Based Cashback:

• At the end of the Game, the top 3 ranks on the leaderboard win a Namshi coupon worth 500 AED/SAR, 250 AED/SAR and 150 AED/SAR respectively. 

• The rank is based on the Total High Score which is the sum of Daily High Score

• The coupon is redeemable on Namshi only

• The minimum spend for the coupon is 1 AED/SAR. This means the user must pay at least 1 AED/SAR after the coupon value is deducted for the order to be successful. Order of 0 AED/SAR cannot be placed on Namshi

• The coupon is valid on one order only. Once it is redeemed, it cannot be used again.

5. How to Claim Cashback:

• Cashback & coupon will be credited to the user’s account and can be used for future purchases on Namshi.

• Daily Cashback will be credited by 5:00am – 10:00am GST on the following day.

• The rank based Namshi coupon will be credited on 6th September 2025 after the end of the Game 

• Cashback expires 30 days after it is credited, and cannot be redeemed after this date.

6. Sharing and Leaderboard:

• Users can track their progress with their rank on the Leaderboard. They can also share their scores and invite other users to play along.

• The Leaderboard updates every 2 hours, showing the top-ranked players based on their total scores. A time stamp with the latest updates will be displayed for reference.

7. Fair Play and Disqualification:

• Any user found to be engaging in unfair practices or manipulating the Game in any way will be disqualified from receiving cashback.

• Namshi reserves the right to remove scores that are suspicious or achieved through unfair means.

8. Technical Issues:

Namshi will not be responsible for any technical interruptions, delays, or malfunctions that prevent users from playing the Game or earning cashback.

9. Changes to the Game:

Namshi reserves the right to make changes to the Game, including modifying cashback rewards, rules, or Gameplay, without prior notice.

10. Dispute Resolution:

In the event of a dispute regarding the Game or the cashback, Namshi’s decision shall be final.
