How can I cancel an item or the entire order?

To cancel an item/order before shipped, follow these steps:
  1. Sign in to your Namshi account.

  2. Click on "My Account."

  3. Navigate to "My Orders."

  4. Select the specific order you want to cancel.

  5. Click on "Cancel My Order."

  6. Choose the item(s) you wish to cancel.

  7. Click on "Cancel All Eligible Items."

Once you cancel the item(s), the status will be updated to 'Cancellation requested,' which may take up to 1 hour to process in our system. After cancellation,  You will receive an email notification confirming the cancellation of your order or item(s) and the refund will be initiated as follows:

  1. The order status will be updated from 'Confirmed' to 'Cancellation requested', and within one hour the status will be updated to 'Cancelled'
  2. Once the order status is updated to 'Cancelled', the amount will be refunded to your bank account, and it will be received within 5-7 business days.
  3. If the order was paid through Tabby or Tamara, once the order status is updated to 'Cancelled', the amount will be transferred to Tabby or Tamara within 24 hours.
  4. If the order was paid through the wallet, once the order status is updated to 'Cancelled', the amount will be credited to your Namshi wallet immediately.


 To cancel an item/order after shipped, follow these steps:

  • Open the website and tap on 'Login' on the tab bar.

  • Log in to your account if not already logged in.

  • Select 'Account' to access your order history.

  • Tap on 'Orders' and locate the specific order you want to cancel.

  • Below the order details, tap on 'Cancel the shipment'.

  • Select the cancellation reason.

  • Tap on 'Confirm cancellation'.

Once the shipment is received at our warehouse, the order status will be updated to "Undeliverable (Cancelled)."

  • The refund process will then begin based on your original payment method:

For Credit/Debit Card Payments:

  • The refund will be processed directly to your bank account.
  • You can expect the amount to reflect within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

For Tabby or Tamara Payments:

  • The refund will be issued back to your Tabby or Tamara account.
  • It should reflect within 24 hours after the status is updated.

For Wallet Payments or Cash on Delivery (COD):

    • The amount will be credited to your Namshi Wallet.
    • This will happen immediately once the status is updated.
