Q: If paid by credit/debit card
UAE and KSA :
- The item(s) will be collected within 1-2 days in the United Arab Emirates and within 1-2 business days in Saudi Arabia. The refund will be processed on the same day as the pickup, up to 2 days in the UAE. For KSA, it will take 5 business days.
- If the credited amount remains unused for 24 hours, it will automatically be transferred to your original payment method (credit/debit card).
The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policy.
GCC (Oman, Qatar, Bahrain & Kuwait) :
Items will be collected within 5-7 working days and will be returned to the warehouse within 5-7 working days from the pickup date. Once the return is approved, the amount will be credited to your Namshi wallet.
If the credited amount remains unused for 24 hours, it will automatically be transferred to your original payment method (credit/debit card).
The refund amount will be reflected in your bank account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank's policy.
Q: If paid by cash
A: Refunds will be processed to your Namshi wallet immediately once the return is approved, which can be used for future purchases or transferred to your bank account.
