How to create a Return/Exchange request?

You can easily submit a return or exchange request using our website or mobile app.

Go to “Account / My Account.”
Select “Returns” to request a return or “Exchanges” to request an exchange.
Click “Request New Return” or “Request New Exchange.”
Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
Select the reason for the return or your preferred size for the exchange.
Confirm the pickup details and submit your request.
