How to create a Return/Exchange request?
Please follow the steps below to create a Return or
Exchange request:
1. Go to 'My Account' from the Namshi homepage.
2. Select 'Returns' to request a return, and 'Exchanges' to
request an exchange.
3. Select 'Request New Return' for a return or 'Request New Exchange' for an
exchange.
4. Choose the item(s) you wish to return or exchange.
5. Specify the reason for the return or the preferred size for the exchange.
6. Ensure the accuracy of the pickup address.
7. Click on 'Submit Return Request' for returns or 'Submit Exchange Request'
for exchanges.
(Note: Exchanges for the same or different sizes are only available once.)
