What is the Lockers service?
Noon Collect is an exclusive service in the UAE and KSA that allows you to collect your orders from secure locker locations using a unique PIN code.

How do I use this service?
  1. At checkout, click “Add a New Address.”
  2. Choose a Noon Collect location near you (with details and timings).
  3. Save it to your address book and select it at checkout.
Why don’t I see a locker option for my order?

This may happen if:
  1. No locker locations are available nearby
  2. The items are oversized or fragile
  3. The order contains more than 4 items
  4. The package doesn’t fit in the locker (in this case, it will be delivered to your home address).
How do I track my locker delivery?
  1. Once delivered, you’ll receive the locker code and location link in the Orders tab.
  2. The item status will update to “Pending Pickup.”
  3. Notifications will be sent when the shipment arrives and again when 48 hours remain to collect it.
How do I pick up my locker shipment?
  1. You’ll receive a unique PIN by SMS, email, and in the Orders tab.
  2. Visit the locker within 5 days.
  3. Enter the PIN on the locker screen to collect your package.
What payment methods are available for locker orders?
  1. Credit/Debit Card
  2. Apple Pay
  3. Tabby or Tamara
  4. Namshi Wallet
How long will my order stay in the locker?
  1. Your order will remain in the locker for 5 days after delivery.
  2. If not collected, it will be returned, and your refund will be processed:
    • Namshi Wallet: Refunded as wallet credits
    • Credit/Debit Card: Refunds are issued directly to your bank account and typically appear within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.
    • Tabby/Tamara:  Refunds will be issued directly to your Tabby or Tamara account and should reflect within 24 hours.
