We introduced Google reCAPTCHA in the background to strengthen security and prevent misuse of OTPs. This helps us detect and block suspicious OTP requests.
The OTP screen will clearly show the delivery channel – whether your OTP was sent via WhatsApp or SMS.
In some cases, the OTP will only be sent via WhatsApp. This is part of our enhanced security process to keep your account safe.
You can try entering the OTP up to 9 times. If you continue facing issues, please contact our Customer Care team for assistance.
