What are the delivery charges?

We charge a standard delivery fee that will be applied on your checkout page. Here are the delivery charges depending on each country:
UAE:
  • Orders below 150 AED will incur a service charge of 12 AED to cover shipping costs.
  • Same-day delivery fee is 18 AED.
  • You will be eligible for same-day delivery if your order is above 350 AED.
  • Next-day delivery fee is 14 AED.
  • You will be eligible for next-day delivery if your order is above 200 AED.
KSA:
  • Orders under 200 SAR will have a 30 SAR service charge for shipping.
  • Same-day delivery fee is 24 SAR.
  • You will be eligible for same-day delivery if your order is above 350 SAR.
  • Next-day delivery fee is 18 SAR.
  • You will be eligible for next-day delivery if your order is above 200 SAR.
GCC:
  • Kuwait:
If the order is less than 45 KWD, there will be a shipping fee of 8 USD.
  • Qatar:
Orders below 500 QAR will incur a shipping fee of 8 USD.
  • Bahrain:
Orders below 50 BHD will have a shipping fee of 8 USD.
  • Oman:
Orders below 50 OMR will be subject to a shipping fee of 8 USD.

Points to Consider:
  • The Namshi Wallet can be used to cover shipping and expedited delivery fees.
  • If your order was eligible for shipping fees and gets canceled after it has been shipped, don’t worry! We will refund the shipping fees for you.
  • If you received the item and initiated a return, you will receive a refund for the paid item price.
  • ​If you opt for expedited delivery (Same Day or Next Day), shipping fees will be waived. However, Same Day Delivery (SDD) or Next Day Delivery (NDD) fees will still apply.
