Will there be additional shipping fees for international orders?

Yes, additional shipping fees will apply for items marked as "Global" in your cart. These fees will be clearly displayed at checkout, so you’ll always know what you're paying.

• Shipping fees are waived for global items if your order total is 100 AED or 250 SAR or above.
• If the total is below this amount, a shipping fee of 30 AED or 30 SAR will apply.

How can I track the progress of my global order?

You’ll see two progress bars: one for local shipping and one for global shipping. This means you can track your domestic and international orders separately, so you always know the status of your purchase.

In which countries are global items available for purchase?

Global items are currently available for purchase only in the UAE and KSA.

Can I return or exchange items purchased through global shipping?

For items purchased through global shipping, exchange services are not available. However, you can still initiate a return for eligible global items by following the return process. We’ll process your refund based on our return policy.

Are there any special conditions for global orders?
