How to Initiate a Return
You can initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order for a smooth and hassle-free process.

Return Requirements
To qualify for a return, make sure that:

• The item must be classified as a returnable item to be eligible for return and exchange.
  
• Items are unused, in their original condition, and have all tags attached.
• Items are returned in their original brand packaging.

Refund Options
Depending on your original payment method, here’s how refunds are processed:

• Debit & Credit Card Payment: Refunds will appear in your Namshi Wallet within 24 hours. If unused, the refund amount will be automatically transferred to your bank account within 5-7 business days.
• Tabby or Tamara Payments: Refunds appear in your Tabby or Tamara account within 24 hours once the return is processed.
• Cash on Delivery: For COD payments, refunds are credited to your Namshi Wallet as soon as the return is complete.

Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange for sizing issues. If the exchanged size still isn’t right, you have the option to return the item instead.
