What is the Return & Exchange Period?
We offer a 14-day return and exchange policy from the date of receipt, allowing you to return or exchange items that are unused and have the original tags and packaging intact.
Returns and exchanges are hassle-free and can be arranged right from your doorstep.

Exchange Policy
We offer a one-time exchange policy for your item. If the exchanged item still isn’t suitable, you can choose to return it instead.
Return & Exchange Guidelines
- Item(s) must be unused, in good condition, and with original tags attached.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original brand box or packaging.
- Some items come with a Security Tag Loop (Plastic or metal loop with a security tag). For a successful return, the security tag loop must remain intact and untampered.
- Items with removed or damaged security tag loops may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable products
Some products in certain categories — like household goods, swimwear, hosiery, underwear, socks, health and personal care items, Beauty Products, contact lenses, hygiene products, and some baby items (e.g., tethers, diapers, hygiene tissues, and feeding-related products) — cannot be returned, replaced, or exchanged.
