Here are the return processes depending on each country:

UAE:

• Pickup: Your items will be collected within 1-2 days.
• Refund Process: The refund will be processed on the same day as the pickup and usually shows up within 1-2 days.
• Credit Transfer: If you don't use the refund amount in your Wallet within 24 hours, it will automatically be sent back to your original payment method (credit/debit card).
• Bank Processing: Your refund will be in your bank account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank.

KSA (Saudi Arabia):

• Pickup: Items will be collected within 1-2 business days.
• Refund Process: After the pickup, your refund will be processed on the same day but may take up to 5 business days to appear.
• Credit Transfer: If the refunded amount isn't used within 24 hours, it will be automatically transferred to your original payment method (credit/debit card).
• Bank Processing: It may take 5-7 business days for the refund to show up in your bank account, depending on your bank.

GCC Countries (Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, & Kuwait):

• Pickup: Items will be collected within 5-7 business days.
• Refund Process: Once collected, the items will be delivered to the warehouse within 5-7 business days. After approval, your refund will be credited to your Wallet.
• Credit Transfer: If the refund stays in your Wallet for 24 hours without being used, it will be transferred automatically to your original payment method (credit/debit card).
• Bank Processing: The refund should appear in your bank account within 5-7 business days, depending on your bank’s policy.

Once the return is processed, your refund will first go to your Wallet. If you don’t use it, it will automatically be transferred to your original payment method. Please note that the time it takes for the refund to reach your bank depends on your bank’s processing time.
