Return Timeline:
Once your return is submitted, the item will be picked up within 2 days, and a refund will be initiated within 2 days after pickup.

Refund Process:

• Debit & Credit Card Payments: Once the return is approved, the refund will be processed directly to your bank account. It may take 5–7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank’s processing time.

• Tabby or Tamara Payments: Refunds will appear in your Tabby or Tamara account within 24 hours once the return is approved.

• Cash on Delivery: For cash on delivery payments, refunds will be credited to your Namshi Wallet once the return is approved.

GCC (Oman, Qatar, Bahrain, and Kuwait)
