Why am I not able to cancel my order?
You can’t cancel an order that’s already on the way to be delivered. Once your order has been shipped and is out for delivery, we can’t stop the delivery. If you no longer wish to receive your order, please contact us for assistance, or you can choose not to accept the delivery by refusing it when the carrier attempts or calls you for delivery. If you do this, the package will be returned to us. As soon as your package is marked as returned by our carrier partner, you’ll get your refund as below:
If the order is paid using a prepaid card, the amount will be credited to your Namshi wallet and remain there for 24 hours. If the amount is not used within this timeframe, the system will transfer it back to the source within 5-7 working days.
If the order is paid using Tabby or Tamara, the amount will be transferred directly to the Tabby or Tamara account without being credited to your Namshi wallet. The transfer will occur within 24 hours to the Tabby or Tamara account.
If the order is paid using the Namshi wallet, the amount will be credited to your Namshi wallet, and you will be able to use that amount to place another order.
