Why was my order cancelled and how can I get the refund?
We are unable to process your order/item in the following scenarios:
- Item not Fulfilled by Supplier: If the item(s) you purchased are not delivered to us by the supplier on time.
- ID was not provided: If a valid ID is not provided upon request the order will not be processed successfully. Please note that if we cannot process an order, it will be automatically canceled. You will receive an email confirmation informing you of this cancellation.
How to get the refund:
- If the order was paid using a prepaid card, the refund will be processed back to the same card. It may take 5 to 7 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your bank’s processing time.
- If the order was paid using Tabby or Tamara, the refund will be issued directly to your Tabby or Tamara account and should reflect within 24 hours.
- Ithe order was paid using the Namshi wallet, the amount will be credited back to your Namshi wallet immediately after the cancellation.
