Why was my order cancelled and how can I get the refund?

We are unable to process your order/item in the following scenarios:
  1. Item not Fulfilled by Supplier: If the item(s) you purchased are not delivered to us by the supplier on time.
  2. ID was not provided: If a valid ID is not provided upon request the order will not be processed successfully. Please note that if we cannot process an order, it will be automatically canceled. You will receive an email confirmation informing you of this cancellation.

How to get the refund : 

  • If you have paid by credit/debit card, the amount will be credited to your Namshi wallet and will remain there for 24 hours. If the amount is not used within this timeframe, the system will automatically transfer the amount back to your credit/debit card, which may take 5-7 working days to be processed.

  • If you have paid by Tabby/Tamara, the funds paid will be transferred directly to your Tabby or Tamara account within 24 hours.

  • If the order is paid using the Namshi wallet, the amount will be credited back to your Namshi wallet immediately after the cancellation.
