What is Namshi credit? How does it work?

Namshi credit is our version of a credit note that you can use anytime. When you return a product, we do not refund the payment in cash; instead, the amount is credited to your Namshi Wallet or refunded to your credit/debit card (if you paid for the products with a credit/debit card). You can then use this balance to purchase a product in a new size, different color, or a completely different item. For more information about the refund process, please click here.

How long does my Namshi credit last?
Your Namshi Credit doesn’t have an expiry date. It will remain in your account and you can use it whenever you want to make a purchase with us.

Where can I see my Namshi credit and activity?
After logging into your account, navigate to 'Account' and then click on 'Wallet.' There, you'll find your balance and transaction history.

Can I use discount coupons while paying through Namshi credit?
Yes. You can use a discount voucher in the ‘Coupon’ field and choose to pay with your Namshi Credit.
