What is Namshi's return & exchange policy?

  1. What is the return notice period? 
You may initiate a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note the following:
  • The item(s) must be in good condition, unused, and with the original tags attached.
  • Additionally, the item(s) should be returned in the original brand box
  • The amount will be credited to your Namshi wallet for 24 hours. If the amount is not used, it will be automatically transferred to your bank account, which may take 5-7 business days.
  • If you used Tabby or Tamara, once your return is processed, it will take 24 hours for the funds to be received in your Tabby or Tamara
  • For cash on delivery, once the return is processed, it will be credited to your Namshi wallet immediately.
  1. Can I return beauty products?
We regret to inform you that our beauty products are non-returnable due to our policy. We recommend carefully reviewing the product description before making your purchase.
  1. Am I allowed to request an exchange more than once?
No, the product size can be exchanged only once.
